Ayman Kasheet

About me

I am a Football Development Officer (SVFF), UEFA B Licensed Coach, and Qualified Physical Education Teacher (Swedish National Agency for Education), holding a Bachelor’s degree in Sport Science, Sport Management and Physical Education, and currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Sport Science at Linnaeus University in Sweden.
My academic background in Sport Science and Sport Management, combined with my ongoing Master’s studies within the Swedish education system, has equipped me with modern competencies and practical tools to plan, lead, and develop sports organisations, clubs, and federations. I work with long-term strategic planning based on analysis and evaluation of current performance, as well as previous work and development processes, translating this into structured programmes and projects.
I have over 11 years of experience working as a Physical Education teacher in Swedish compulsory schools, where I have delivered more than 9,000 lessons and organised over 85 outdoor education days and activities in diverse environments, including forests, beaches, lakes, football pitches, and swimming facilities. This experience has provided me with a broad understanding of modern, evidence-based, and pedagogical teaching methods, enabling me to create engaging and development-focused learning environments.
Alongside my teaching career, I have continuously developed as a football coach. I am UEFA B licensed and a certified Football Development Officer through the Swedish Football Association, and I will begin the UEFA Youth B licence in May. I have coached both boys’ and girls’ teams in Sweden, ranging from ages 10 to 19, across different levels of development.
In addition to my academic and coaching background, I bring valuable experience as a former professional player. I competed in Syria’s top division, representing clubs including Al-Horia SC, Al-Wathba SC, Omaya FC, and Al-Wahda SC, and was selected for the Syrian U20 national team in 2004.
Currently, I am the Head Coach of Kungsladugård BK U19, competing in Division 1, the third-highest level in Sweden. In this role, I focus on long-term player development, performance optimisation, and preparing players for the transition to senior football.
My work integrates sport science, education, football development, and sport management. I am passionate about building structured and sustainable development environments where individuals, teams, and organisations can grow. I aim to contribute through evidence-based practice, strong leadership, and a modern, holistic approach to sport and education.
